Activities

  • Consolidation of work plans, budgets and budget monitoring reports.
  • Controlling commitments to ensure proper utilization of resources and reporting thereon.
  • Processing of payments (employee emoluments, utility bills, supplier obligations etc)
  • Collection and accountability of Non Tax Revenues.
  • Maintaining proper books of accounts and internal controls to safe guard resources.
  • Preparing of statutory and management reports.
